If you wish to cancel an order, please email us or call 325-754-5201 as Soon As Possible. Once the order has shipped Royal Image Collars cannot give a refund on the postage charge. Postage for returning cancelled orders to us is non–refundable. No order refunds will be issued until we receive the returned items.
Damaged or defective merchandise:
Upon receipt of your order, please open the package immediately and inspect the contents for damage or defects. If
any item in your order is damaged in shipping, or if you find any defects, please contact us via email, or call us
at 325-754-5201 within 10 days of receipt of your order to request a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. We cannot accept any returns without this approved RMA number.
Please photograph the damage packaging and mail or email the photos to us or send back the damaged packaging so that we can use it to submit a claim to our carriers. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will either exchange your item for a new replacement and ship it at no cost to you or issue a full refund in the amount of the original purchase price plus your return shipping expenses, whichever you choose.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order you may return it for replacement, equal exchange or
full refund within 30 days of the ship date of your order. All returns must be pre–approved.
**Please email or call us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning merchandise** Your RMA number must be clearly printed on the outside of the package that you are returning. Also, please clearly print the RMA number on a copy of the original order invoice and enclose it in the return package. Royal Image collars will not accept any shipment without an RMA number.

Important: We do request that you mail or fax to us a copy of the postage receipt, for our records, to verify the exact amount of postage or shipping you paid to return the items to us, before we can issue you a postage refund.
- If the collar(s), or any merchandise items ordered, are defective due to manufacturing error by Royal Image Collars, or collar(s) or other items “not as ordered” are mistakenly shipped to you by Royal Image Collars, we will gladly replace the collar(s), or merchandise, at no cost to you, after we receive the original, unused with tags still attached, defective or incorrect collar(s) and/or items back.
- In the event that a collar or item needs to be returned to Royal Image Collars for warranty repair/replacement, the cost of shipping the collar or item to Royal Image Collars will be the responsibility of the customer. The cost of shipping the collar or item back to the customer will be the responsibility of Royal Image Collars.
- If the measurements provided to Royal Image Collars by you, the customer, were incorrect, you are responsible for the return postage expense to send the collar and/or item back to us for re-manufacture. There will be a $10.00 charge + shipping and handling to you to rebuild the collar in the corrected measurements and return it to you. If you choose to return the collar(s) and/or other items, that were incorrectly measured by you, to Royal Image Collars for refund, you are responsible for paying for return shipping costs + a $10.00 re-stocking fee.
- We will not accept COD or “Postage Due” returns.

Refunds are applicable on merchandise that is unused, unwashed, with all tags still attached, in the original, new
condition in which you received it. Your return must include a legible photocopy of the order invoice with your
Return Authorization Number (RMA) written legibly at the top of the invoice and also on the top of the return
Order refunds, even-exchanges or re-manufacture of collars due to error by Royal Image Collars, material defect or shipping damage, will be issued based on your preference. If your purchase was made using a credit card, that card will be issued a refund, which will appear on your next credit card statement. Purchases made by check or money order will be issued a refund in the form of a U.S. Postal Money Order.
Original shipping charges or returned item shipping charges will only be refunded if the need to return the item(s) is due to product or material defect, shipping damage, orders that are canceled in time before the order is shipped, or due to errors made by Royal Image Collars. (We will not refund shipping charges on orders that are not cancelled in time prior to shipment of the order.) We will then refund your postage cost for returning the defective, damaged or incorrect collar(s) to us when we send you the replacement collar(s) or the full order value refund.

Collar limited structural warranty:
While our collars are very durable and can last for years, it is important you periodically check your dog’s collar
for signs of wear. Dogs that are extremely active, both indoors and out, or dogs that scratch excessively will wear
the collar more quickly than low active dogs.
Royal Image Collars guarantees the structural integrity in the manufacture of our collars and merchandise for 1 year from the date of purchase. Components covered in the 1 year warrantee include metal hardware (’D’ and ’O’ Rings), webbing, and workmanship. If any of the listed components should fail you may return the collar to Royal Image Collars for an equivalent replacement collar.
This warranty does not apply to any failure or defect caused by misuse, accidental damage, abnormal or unusually heavy use, neglect, excessive tugging or pulling, chewing, modification, unauthorized repair or alteration, failure to follow proper washing and care instructions, or causes external to the product such as excessive heat, burning, cutting, or acts of God. All original components must be returned to receive a new collar.
Royal Image Collars makes no warranty after 1 year with respect to any components, accessories, or attachments manufactured by companies other than Royal Image Collars.
Each Consumer is responsible for determining the suitability of Royal Image Collars for their individual situation.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that you accept all responsibility for any accidents. Collars should be inspected
regularly. Royal Image Collars should not be used for tying or training of your dog. In no event will Royal Image
Collars be held liable for any direct or indirect, incidental or consequential damage, loss of use, or other malady
arising from the purchase or use of Royal Image Collar products.
These warrantees do not cover any incidental or consequential damages and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. No representative or person is authorized to assume for Royal Image Collars any other liability in connection with the sale of our products. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and/or the exclusion or limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, and/or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to the original customer. These warrantees give you, the customer, specific rights and you may also have other rights, which vary, from state to state. Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Royal Image Collars reserves the right, at any time after receipt of your order, to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order will be deemed accepted by Royal Image Collars upon our delivery to you of the products or services that you have ordered. Royal Image Collars reserves the right to not accept orders from resellers, exporters, wholesalers and businesses of any kind or other customers who intend to resell.
Royal Image Collars shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products and/or services listed at an incorrect price, rebate or refund, or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors.
