The following sections contain everything you need to know about ordering one of our beautiful and stunning collars. It's very important that you review any of the categories that pertain to your order.
For your convenience, we have created an interactive order form in PDF format for you to print and use as a hard copy for your Collar Design choices. Also, you can keep a copy for
your records. You may also use this form to mail or fax your order directly to us. (Yes, we take phone orders as well.) Have fun designing! Here is a link to that form:

It's very helpful if you have this page open and viewable at the same time as the order screen. If you click the place an order link in the menu at the left, the online store will open up in a different window. You can then switch between these windows very easily.
The following sections are expandable. Simply click on the title of the box and the box
will open to reveal its contents. You can click the title again to close the box.
You may open the boxes one-at-a-time or have them all open at once.
After you have written down your dog's measurements (explanation provided in the measurements guide box) and
you've reviewed the necessary information pertaining to the collar you'd like to order (either the
standard designer option box or the custom option box below) then click the place an order
link in the menu at the left. The online store will open in a new window.
The order form for each and every collar contains fill-in-the-blank boxes which ask for
some very important measurements. We need these measurements in order to put your order together
properly.
We suggest you write these measurements down as you take them so that you can fill them in
at the appropriate spot on the order form.
When taking measurements, please make sure the tape measure rests comfortably against
the dog. Do not draw the tape measure tight nor allow it to be loose. Round your measurement up to
the nearest 1/4" increment.
Please see the illustration for example. Enter these measurements in the corresponding spaces on the order form.

Royal Image Collars are handcrafted with 250 pound (per strand, 6 strands per collar) tested nylon cord, nylon webbing, welded metal ‘D’ and ‘O’ rings, and
acrylic and metallic beads. They are sturdy enough to hold most large dogs. However, we do not recommend that you use Royal Image Collars for tying out or training
your dog.
Royal Image beaded martingale style collars have become so popular that we now design for many breeds of dogs, from small to large. Royal Image Collars are
unique because they fit exactly the measurements of your dog.
Even though martingale collars have become a collar of choice and are recommended for the protection of dogs who could easily slip out of their collars, Royal
Image beaded collars can also be made using buckles or clips instead of the martingale style design. Please contact us if you wish to place your collar order using
these components instead of the martingale style collar.
We will always create a martingale style collar for you unless you request otherwise. We look forward to hearing from you and discussing your wonderful

You'll choose options from the 5 categories below. Each category number is labeled on the picture for easy reference.
It may be helpful to go through each category and then write down your choices. You'll also want to keep this page open when you go to the online ordering
page so that you can reference the options in the categories.
This is the main body of the collar; it is the material that the beads and decorations are attached to (visible as black material in the picture). Choose
from two colors:
These come in 3 metal colors. Bright Silver, Dark Silver, Gold. When these are chosen, it is an expression of color rather than a reference to the precious
metal.
One pair of conchos comes standard in the price of each collar. They come in gold and silver tones and in large (medium to large dogs) or small (toy dog)
sizes. The upgrade conchos are heavier and more costly, so they have an extra price tied to them (see the picture labels).
Simply choose a gold pair or a silver pair from the items below. You can choose from free options or premium upgrades. Remember, you are just choosing
one item number from any of the 5 groups below.
Center Beads come in several styles, sizes, metal tones and also in several color tones.
All choices of center beads are included in your order-no extra charge.
Choose the colors of beads to complete your color combinations. You can choose 1, 2, or 3 different colors of beads (i.e. - Red, White, and Blue) to be
incorporated into the collar. Choose the colors in order of which you want to be predominate, secondary and third (the least used) color in the combination. Due
to variations of computer screens, colors may vary slightly.
Should there be manufacturer's discontinuances or backorders on materials you have chosen, you will be notified to give you the opportunity to select different materials to complete the collar design. If you have any additional ideas that you wish to incorporate into the collar design, please contact us so we can advise about construction of your ideas. We will then quote a price based on your additional specifics.
