If upon receipt of your custom collar you are not satisfied, we will do whatever is necessary to make your purchase right, restore your confidence, and make your experience shopping with us a pleasurable one that you would comfortably recommend to others. All we ask is that you return the merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of the ship date. When we receive the item back, we will issue you a refund, store credit or an even exchange. We only refund shipping charges, however, if the returns were due to error by Royal Image Collars.
