How To Order
Orders can be placed Online using paypal, or, if your prefer Offline by
mail, phone, fax or email. Phone, fax or email orders are by Credit Card only. Sorry,
we do not accept COD orders.
Online Internet Orders:
All orders placed Online will receive an order
confirmation upon submission. Please
check your order confirmation for errors. If you find an error
on your order form, please email us or call us As
Soon As Possible during our regular business hours from 9:00am
to 5:00pm Central Standard Time (US) Monday – Friday. If
you place an order, then wish to cancel your order and it has already shipped,
we cannot refund your postage. If you placed an order and did not
receive an email confirmation please email us at:

Offline Orders
If placing an Offline order, print
out a copy of our
Order Form, fill in the information about your dog’s measurements, chosen
collar materials and return to us with your payment. Please ensure that you have included an email address so that we may confirm your order request upon receipt.

Shipping:
All orders will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). UPS
will not deliver to a P.O. Box. Via USPS,
due to the size, weight or value, 3 or more collars shipped in the same
package cannot be delivered to small P.O. Boxes. The shipping charge breakdown, based on the cost of the items ordered, are:

If you wish to receive your order by UPS 2nd Day Air once the collar(s)
is(are) completed, please request UPS 2nd Day Air and pay accordingly on
your order form. Saturday & Sunday are not business days. All orders
from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and countries outside of the United
States will only be shipped by the U.S. Post Office. (Texas customers: Texas state sales tax is charged on the combined total cost of the collars + shipping charges.)
International Shipping:
International orders could require extra postage. You will be responsible
for any Taxes or Duties charged by your country. International orders will
be shipped by the U.S. Postal Service only. Orders weighing over 4 pounds
will require extra postage. Orders will be sent to the billing address of
the credit card ONLY. Unfortunately, we have no control over possible
delays due to customs in countries other than the United States.
